With her unique focus on financial ROI utilizing behavioral change motivational strategies Lisa designs and executes performance improvement plans that provide business executives with the tools and knowledge they need to dramatically improve sales, profits and cash flow.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and a Master’s Degree in accounting, both from the University of Colorado at Denver, and is an EMyth Certified Coach and a licensed, retired CPA.

Bob Dawson has spearheaded the creation and execution of comprehensive global strategic development initiatives for international and U.S.-based companies – ranging from Fortune 50 and 500 companies to start-ups.

Bob’s professional career includes ten years as a Commercial Lending Officer for a Commercial Bank and over 28 years in the travel industry as an owner-operator of a retail travel company that he grew from a single location with just over a $1 Million in revenue to a 13- location travel company that reached $57 Million in revenue within 5 years and as an owner- operator of an incentive travel company that served the needs of Fortune 50 companies in Silicon Valley for over 10 years. Combining his travel industry background and experience with using travel as a tool to improve performance of Fortune 50 clients, Mr. Dawson started a business based solely on Return on Investment for clients who used travel as a motivation to improve performance. Since that launch in 1991, Mr. Dawson has gone on to become recognized as an expert in this field.
